Who by the way is the Dean of the Italian Culinary Academy which I am attending and the owner of the Amsterdam Avenue restaurant Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto.
This morning I was out for a walk and stopped in to buy Prosciutto di Parma, pancetta and marinated artichokes. All three were awesome.
I definitely love to eat in NYC.
All for now its time to sleep. Tomorrow is our first full day in the kitchen and then we have Italian language from 4:00 pm. to 6:00 pm. A long day.
